THIS WEEK'S NOTES AND HIGHLIGHTS:

A Manx Shearwater and two South Polar Skuas at sea off of NC, an Inca Dove in TN (always nice east of the Mississippi River), mutiple American Flamingos and a Smooth-billed Ani from Florida, a Blue-winged Warbler X Golden-winged Warbler Hybrid "Lawrence's Warbler", and a MS Red-necked Phalarope!
