Hi All,
Today Cory's Shearwaters, and Sunday Bridled Terns, were seen from shore at Playalinda Beach on the Canaveral National Seashore on Florida's east coast. Jaeger species and shearwater species were also reported. This beach and area has had thousands of fall jaegers inshore in a single day in previous years later in fall!
With Hurricane Earl sweeping north offshore and Tropical Storm Fiona not far behind it may be a great week or two for inshore and/or inland pelagic strays in the southeast on the beaches or on area lakes and reservoirs!

Good Near Georgia Birding!
