Neotropic Cormorant - St. Marks NWR, FL - 1/19/10

Hi All,

Yours Truly and Max Medley located, or relocated, an adult Neotropic Cormorant at St. Marks NWR in the Florida panhandle this past Tuesday! This bird was about 42 miles east of the easternmost part of the western Georgia border, but was about 20 miles south of the most southern part of the Georgia southern border. Suffice it to say that the cormorant was very near Georgia!

Good Near Georgia Birding!
