Townsend's Warbler and Tropical/Couch's Kingbird - Grand Bahama, The Commonwealth of The Bahamas - 10/3-4/09

Hi All,

Just 65 miles east of West Palm Beach Florida lies the island of Grand Bahama where a Townsend's Warbler (2nd record?) and a Tropical/Couch's Kingbird (1st record?) were seen during the Audubon Society of the Everglades Grand Bahama tour of October 3-4, led by Larry Manfredi! Amazingly, Grand Bahama is about 85 miles closer to Georgia than is Key West!

Good Near Georgia Birding!
