Brown Booby and Snowy Plovers - Panama City FL Area - 9/12/09

Hi All,

On 9/12 a juvenile Brown Booby was reported as seen from shore at St. Andrews Bay State Park in Panama City, and two 2 Snowy Plovers were seen at St. Joseph Peninsula State Park just to the east!

Snowy Plover is accidental in Georgia with only two records, they are an uncommon to rare, and localized, permanent resident along the Florida Gulf coast, the best place for a Georgia birder to find one!
