Ruff - Mattamuskeet NWR, Swan Quarter NC - 8/27-28/09

Hi All,

A Ruff was seen at the Mattamuskeet NWR yesterday and today! There was some confusion initially because the two observers took pictures of the Ruff and also of a Buff-breasted Sandpiper and then posted photos of both birds as Ruff photos. That was sorted out, and today the Ruff was seen by at least one additional observer!

There are many posts on CarolinaBirds from yesterday and today concerning this Ruff!
